Transportation

• Please check the suggested dates for arrival and departure before booking your transportation. 

• It is highly recommended that you travel in groups of at least two or three to and from Águas de Lindóia. 

• If you plan to make your own travel arrangements, check with local saints in surrounding cities about suitable travel options. 

• Plan to arrive on Wednesday, September 30th, in the afternoon.

• Please, update your travel information on your registration form whenever you purchase your airline tickets. 

• The cost for round trip airport transportation is $60.00 USD per person. One way transportation is $30.00 USD per person each way. Bus transportation services must be prearranged. We cannot guarantee airport bus service to those who do not sign-up and submit the transportation payment by July 1, 2015.

 

Please read the following arrival and departure instructions carefully:

 

ARRIVAL IN SÃO PAULO

• We highly recommend that you arrive at the airport or bus station on September 30th, before 6pm.

• You will most likely miss the dinner time at the hotel in which you will be staying, if you arrive later than 6pm. 

• There will be buses to transport saints from the airport to Águas de Lindóia from 2pm until 6pm. 

• If you happen to arrive earlier than 2pm, you will probably have to wait until 2pm for your transportation to leave to Águas de Lindóia. 

• If you arrive later than 8pm, you might have to wait until the bus reaches a minimum number of passengers before departing to Águas de Lindóia.

 

TIETÊ BUS STATION – SÃO PAULO

• Look for saints with signs by the information counter opposite the exit for the subway.

 

AIRPORTS

• If you are flying, please choose the São Paulo International Airport (GRU) that is 60 miles from Águas de Lindóia, or the Viracopos International Airport (VCP) that is 46 miles from Águas de Lindóia.

• Please note: There will be no transportation from Congonhas Airport (CGH) 

• Transportation from Guarulhos Airport to Águas de Lindóia

  • There will be saints with “ITERO” signs in the arrival area at the airport.

  • Follow the greeting saints to Terminal 3, where there will be a designated meeting point to board the bus to Águas de Lindóia. 

• Transportation from Viracopos Airport to Águas de Lindóia

  • There will be saints with “ITERO” signs in the arrival area at the airport.

  • Follow the greeting saints to the designated meeting point to board the bus to Águas de Lindóia.

 

RETURN TRIP

• Airport transportation is available from the Hotel Majestic on Lord’s day, October 4th.

• Vehicles will begin departing to the airport at 2:00pm.

• We recommend that you book your departure ticket from the airports or bus stations in São Paulo for after 8:00pm.

• In the event that your departure flight or bus leaves earlier than 8:00pm on Lord’s Day, October 4th, you might have to leave Águas de Lindóia before 12:00pm. This would require you to miss some or all of the blending meeting.
